The Sneffels Pass is available to the public and only includes greens fees. The Sneffels Pass must be purchased prior to opening day.

Single User Cart Pass $800 – 2020 Season Only – must be assigned to one member for the entire season.

Divide Ranch and Club Membership Programs
Divide Ranch and Club offers two types of memberships. Season Passes and Lifetime Memberships. Also if you own a home or property in Fairway Pines HOA you are a Founder Member with annual dues.
Divide Ranch Club Season Pass 2024 Summer Golf Season
Season Pass memberships include Greens Fees(carts not included) and access to member only events. Season Pass Rates:
Single Player Season Pass price $2,000
Family Season Pass price $2,250
Family Memberships are any married couple, common law cohabiting couples, single parents with their children up to age twenty-one.
Lifetime Memberships
Lifetime Memberships includes all of the above: Greens Fees, cart fees, locker room access and Food and Beverage Discounts among other benefits. Lifetime Memberships are for a 30 year Term and can be resold at any point in time. This membership is for the whole family: any married couple, common law cohabiting couples, single parents with their children up to age twenty-one.
